Breaking B1G: Week 5 Preview

My Picks
Last week: 10-0
Overall: 42-4

Saturday, September 28th
Iowa @ Minnesota | 3:30 | ABC/ESPN2
This will be a nice preview of what to expect next week when the Gophers come to town. I would imagine much of the Michigan team will be tuning in for this one. Minnesota has the edge due to their offense, but it could be close due to their defense. Minnesota 24 Iowa 20

#23/24 Wisconsin @ #4/3 Ohio State | 8:00 | ABC
The game of the week, for sure. I personally think the Badgers are maybe a bit underrated (and OSU is maybe a bit overrated), but we'll find out for sure under the lights in Columbus. This will be a very good game and a fun game to watch. I expect a lot of points being scored in this one. Ohio State 34 Wisconsin 31 - OT

Miami (OH) @ Illinois | 12:00 | BTN
Illinois is coming off the bye week and should roll in this one as Nathan Scheelhaase resumes his control of the Illini offense. Illinois 42 Miami 13

Northern Illinois @ Purdue | 12:00 | ESPN2
Purdue is pretty bad, and Northern Illinois is 3-0 coming off wins against Iowa, Idaho and Eastern Illinois. I think they improve their mark against the Big Ten as they roll into Ross-Ade and steal one away from the Boilers. Northern Illinois 30 Purdue 27

Bye: Indiana, #18/17 Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, #17/16 Northwestern, Penn State
