Scouting Report
There isn't a whole lot of film on Josh except for a short Hudl film, but what you can see from the Hudl film is encouraging. Josh shows great range in the defensive secondary as he can strafe from sideline to sideline. Does a solid job of keeping the play in front of him and once the ball is thrown, he has a solid burst towards the ball carrier. Josh is an above average tackler, who does a good job of wrapping up and getting low on the ball carrier. His highlight film shows that he has the ability to be a solid contributor in a defensive secondary and is rarely beaten deep. One major aspect of his game that I'm a fan of is that he is rarely caught out of position and seems to be always in the thick of the play. With a 4.60 shuttle (via Hudl), Josh is able to turn his hips and not miss a beat on the play.  While Josh doesn't have the most available film on him, the couple minutes of Hudl highlights show that Josh could be an talented member to the Michigan secondary.

Highlight Film

A major selling point in Josh's commitment is the fact that he is teammates with Michigan targets LB Devin Bush Jr. and DB Devin Gil. With still another full season of football until National Signing Day, Josh will be able to put on his recruiting hat and try and get the Charles W Flanagan trio to Ann Arbor.

Josh becomes the sixteenth commitment for Michigan in 2016 joining; OT Ben Bredeson, OG/DT Michael Ownenu, OT Erik Swenson, QB Brandon Peters, RB Matt Falcon, ATH Chris Evans, LB Dele Harding, LB/FB David Reece, QB/ATH Victor Viramontes, ATH Kiante Enis, CB Antwaine Richardson, RB Kingston Davis, TE Sean McKeon, LB Dytarious Johnson, and DE Rashad Weaver.

Metellus becomes the second commitment of the day, as 2016 OT Ben Bredeson committed to the Wolverines earlier in the afternoon.
