Thats sucks...losing your license is the worst punishment..i dont know who decided that not an unusual punishment, but it makes your life almost unliveable..I have had y license suspended b4, and kept on driving. Seriously, what else can you do?

I respect Michigan, the academics of the University and its athletic programs. My cousin mark was recently your football teams starting center. I don't want to blow this out of proportion. I'm not going to sue you or anything like that. I'm respectfully asking that you treat the University where I received my undergraduate degree with more respect that that. Yes, you can call them fantastic gobstoppers if you want. But the statement "Bowl Ban for Ohio" is a defamatory falsehood resulting from negligence on the part of the publisher so it fits every definition of libel and by law you actually CAN'T do that.

As a graduate of Ohio I who has always hated Ohio State this article is slander. Ohio is not on probation. Ohio STATE is on probation.

Look, I understand the rivalry. However, this is totally different from something like Woody Hayes referring to Michigan as "That school up North." If Michigan wants to use the term "That school down South" or "That school in Ohio" then fine. If, for some reason UM has a problem with OU, and well and wants to refer to OU in disrespectful terms as well then fine. But as it is it is a case of intentional mistaken identity. Its the same as someone writing an article on the atrocities of Adolf Hitler and in each instance referring to Hitler as "Brady Hoke." Saying that the author has always referred to Adolf Hitler as "Brady Hoke" wouldn't justify it.

Tressel Lied, got what he deserved, and the biggest problem is that it's all over. As a buckeye fan, I'm done with college football. The fact that Posey and Herron still play on our team is disgusting. But what's more disturbing, is that the BCS and our school gets to keep our money for playing in that game. The BCS is horseshit, the NCAA is a shell and answers to the media--they guy with the biggest story. College football is all about money, and so is college hoops---this dates back to the FAB 5 who knew all of this back then....and I'm willing to bet you were pretty pissed after they took down the banners in Ann Arbor. So shut your mouth, get used to Urban Meyer picking off and hopefully propelling not just OSU and the big 10 to sacred media treatent that the SEC currently experiences...and hop on for the ride....because unless you are willing to write your school and plead to leave the ncaa and ignite the coup of the biggest joke of an association--then I don't want to hear it. Neither should and other self-respecting fan of amateur sports.

He refers to OSU as "Ohio" as a form of taunt since just about anyone from OSU is going to refer to themselves as "THE Ohio State University." So it's his way of not acknowledging the buckeyes to get in their heads. He usually refers to Ohio University as "The Bobcats" to differentiate between the two schools since his daughter(s) attended there. I don't think he's intentionally trying to discredit Ohio University. Me personally, I like Ohio U ever since Rufus beat up Brutus. :)

I just wonder why the coach of Michigan keeps having his team yell "beat Ohio"? I mean Ohio is not a big power house football University. You are Michigan, we are Ohio, Michigan State is not Michigan, Ohio State is not Ohio. So why do you yell beat Ohio, most teams in the Big Ten can be Ohio?

Michigan will win going away? Surely you jest! The Maize and Blue haven't won since Denard was in grade school. The only decent defense Michigan has faced this year is MSU and how did that turn out? OSU's defense will keep it close and Braxton Miller will make a play to win a tight game. No "W" but hey at least you will still have your man crush.
