Yes, that is a tattoo of the tOSU block-O and nuts on his arm. I'm not 100% sure what that hand sign means, or what the lumberjack uniforms are all about, but I think it has something to do with being outside in the sun and cutting down 3 trees.
Also in the news, there seems to be nothing that can keep the pot out of Penn State's players apartments. I've heard that State College is not the most exciting place in the world...or even Pennsylvania for that matter, but why can't Penn State's players stop smoking pot?
